Summary
EdgeOne is seeking a visionary and results-oriented Director of Sales to shape and lead our commercial strategy in the fast-evolving combination product sector and driving the next phase of growth. This role will focus on spearheading initiatives in cultivating high-impact relationships with new clients in the pharma and biotech space while strengthening and expanding existing partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in B2B technical sales and a deep understanding of combination products (drug-device) to unlock new market opportunities, drive revenue growth, and reinforce EdgeOne Medical’s reputation as the strategic partner of choice in the Combination Product Space.

Accountabilities
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals, in alignment with company objectives and growth strategy.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan focused on acquiring and expanding client relationships targeting pharmaceutical and biotech companies developing combination products (e.g., wearable on-body injectors, prefilled syringes, pen-/auto-injectors, inhalers, etc.).
- Identify and prioritize high-potential prospects across early-stage, clinical, and commercial product lifecycles.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline in CRM (e.g., HubSpot).
- Cultivate long-term client relationships with technical decision-makers (R&D, Device Engineering, Regulatory, QA, Procurement).
- Lead the preparation of proposals, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
- Work closely with technical teams (R&D, operations, regulatory, QA) to ensure service alignment with customer needs.
- Identify new service opportunities or verticals that align with core capabilities and market demand.
- Establish and track performance against KPIs and provide regular sales forecasts and insights into leadership.
- Assisting with the creation of sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.

- Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, engineering or science field; advanced degree a plus
- 8-15 years of sales experience in B2B technical sales with experience selling services or solutions related to drug delivery development and/or commercialization.
- Proven track record of achieving results (e.g., hitting sales targets and growing key accounts).
- Experience in establishing partnerships with senior level decision makers to foster ongoing relationships is required.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation and communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients is required. Friendly and personable demeanor.
- Self-motivated and driven personality but also able to work well within a team environment.
- Strong organization and project management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot.
- High-level understanding of combination product environment.
- Ability to travel 30-40%.
- Flexible work arrangement; US based individual.
